Suppose there is a progressive tax rate system, where income lower than 10000 is taxed by 0 %, income from 10000 to 20000 is taxed by 10 %, from 20000 to 30000 is taxed by 20 %, higher income is taxed by 40 %. Which statement is correct?
* Marginal tax rate for income which equals to 35000 is 30 % and effective tax rate is higher than 50%.
* Marginal tax rate for income which equals to 5000 is 0 % and effective tax rate is 10%.
* Marginal tax rate for income which equals to 25000 is 30 % and effective tax rate is higher than 10%.
* Marginal tax rate for income which equals to 15000 is 10 % and effective tax rate is higher 10%.
* Marginal tax rate for income which equals to 100000 is 40 % and effective tax rate is slightely lower than 40%.
